ISMA UK 2nd Online Global Stress & Wellbeing Summit, 3rd-4th November 2021
ISMA’s second Online Global Stress & Wellbeing Summit will be held on 3rd-4th November 2021, as the highlight of International Stress Awareness Week between 1st-6th November. We are busy preparing for this high-profile event and speaker invitations are already being sent out. Building on the success of the 2020 Online Summit, it will have truly international reach and there will be something to suit everyone who has an interest in stress management, mental health, wellbeing and workplace performance. ISMA’s first-ever Online Global Stress & Wellbeing Summit took place between 1st-6th November 2020, with five days of contributions from over 60 world-class speakers on stress, mental health and wellbeing. It featured insights and cutting-edge strategies for reducing stress, improving mental health and increasing wellbeing, including observations on the changing landscape of work.
Opened by Lord Mark Price CVO, six live and recorded sessions were streamed daily. The Summit included keynotes by experts such as Sir Cary Cooper CBE, Stef du Plessis and René Carayol MBE, interviews with Rachel Perkins OBE, Alastair Campbell, Dr Yvonne Thompson CBE and others, plus interactive panels and choose-an-expert sessions. Delegates called it ‘awesome, ‘magnificent’ and ‘a breath-taking global event’.
