ISMA Brazil: Congress 2020, Live better: work, stress and health
Date: 23-25 June, 2020
Managers and workers have faced increasing challenges such as the slowdown in the global economy, increased stress at work, insecurity regarding job stability and epidemic levels of chronic diseases. Assessing the risks and opportunities for healthier work and identifying the essential elements for the success of wellness and health programs are essential preventive actions. For workers, the damage caused by excesses goes beyond the professional sphere, causing dissatisfaction and illness. For companies, they increase costs with medical treatments, absenteeism and low productivity.
These and other issues were one of the main focuses of the 20th Stress Congress of ISMA-BR, 22nd International Forum on Quality of Life at Work, 12th National Meeting on Quality of Life in Public Safety and 12th National Meeting on Quality of Life in Public Service .
